FAQ

Q: How to install the program?
A: Simply run 'Setup.exe' - this will launch the installer. The install process is simple and you will have a chance to change the install directory.

Q: How to uninstall the program?
A: Close the SWFMoney -> Open the folder ../Program Files/SWFMoney/ -> Run Uninstall.exe. Also you can run Uninstall.exe from the Start -> Programs -> SWFMoney.

Q: What happens after I send in the order?
A: You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after sending the online order form. Then, within 1 hour, you will receive a second email with your registration name, code, and instructions to get started! If you do not get your code... or if you've lost it please email at support@simplemagnifier.com. Please include your name, address, email address.

Q: Can I move my license to another PC?
A: Yes, you can move the purchased license to another computer providing you do not violate the terms in the product license agreement.

Q: How long do credit card orders take to process?
A: Credit card orders are usually handled in a couple of minutes. In several cases, although, it takes up to 2 business days to verify the card information.
